Pi-Theta Test Prep Refund Policy

At Pi-Theta Test Prep, we strive to provide high-quality SAT & AP preparation programs tailored to each student's needs. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we offer a transparent refund policy as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

• Before Course Start: If you request a refund before your course begins, you will receive a 90% refund of the total amount paid.

• After Course Start: Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued, as we allocate resources and schedule instructors based on enrollments.

Refund Processing

• Refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

• The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.

• Refund requests must be made in writing via email to our support team at connect.pitheta@gmail.com

• Any applicable transaction fees charged by payment gateways will be deducted from the refund amount.
